The Mindful Mornings cooking class is an interactive workshop that teaches kids how to prepare four nourishing breakfasts. Each child is supplied with a recipe book and a chef’s kit, and taught how to follow a step-by-step recipe along with basic cooking skills such as chopping and sautéing. This workshop’s purpose is to cultivate independence in the kitchen and get kids excited about being a part of the cooking process and interested in exploring new foods. After this workshop, each child will have the tools to start each day with a delicious, hassle-free breakfast experience!

Check out Nutrida's Balanced Bites Workshop! An interactive workshop that teaches kids about hunger cues, how to listen to signals from the body, and gives them an opportunity to taste new and familiar foods in an encouraging environment! This workshop is great for kids who are picky eaters, struggle with trying new foods, or are interested in tasting a variety of nourishing food options. Our first workshop had over 20 different bite-sized foods that kids were able to choose from. Giving children autonomy over their food choices allows them to make decisions about their preferences and feel confident in trying something new.
