Winter Weather Didn’t Slow Us Down!
An unusually strong snow and ice storm swept through the Annapolis area on January 26, 2026, dropping more than eight inches of snow and ice across the city.

While it made for some beautiful snowy scenes, it also created challenging travel and work conditions. But at The Village at Providence Point, the cold and snow couldn’t stop progress!

Within just a couple of days, the site was cleared, and our crews were back to work, pushing ahead with construction despite the winter weather.

Here’s to momentum—even in a winter wonderland!

Two joyful days of holiday cheer brought future residents together to celebrate the season and the exciting days ahead. From festive caroling with the Clear Harmonies Carolers to indulging in magnificent fare from Anchor And Aisle throughout the day, every moment was filled with warmth, laughter and connection. We were also proud to collect toys for Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, sharing the spirit of the season beyond our own celebration. The excitement continues to build as we look forward to coming together soon in our new community. ✨
