🏃♂️ Training Sprint Mechanics Matters 🏃♀️
Speed isn’t just about how strong or powerful you are—it’s about how efficiently you move. Small mechanical leaks can cost athletes time, energy, performance, and even be the root cause of pain.
👉 In the top row of before pics, you’ll see:
❌ Excessive hip extension (overstriding behind the body)
❌ Too much knee flexion while the hip is extended
❌ Wasted motion = wasted energy
❌ Chronic hip flexor, quad, and hamstring pain
👉 In the bottom row of after pics, you’ll see:
✅ Proper forward lean with sprints
✅ Legs cycling efficiently under the body
✅ Cleaner mechanics = faster, smoother, more efficient sprinting
✅ Pain Free sprinting
