Here I was eating my healthy snack for the day. I look into the palm of my hand and my bite resembled a heart. It immediately reminded me that sometimes we don’t want to try things, but when we do, we may end up liking or loving it.

Keep pushing. Protect your peace. Maintain healthy boundaries. Practice self-awareness. Maintain your empowerment, for you are encouraged. You are loved.

Please take a moment for those who lost their home in the CA fires. If you can, please donate.

Sometimes we need to process what all this loss is doing to us. That’s why find it instrumental to have a safe and supportive space to talk it all out. We are providing groups starting next week Tuesday at 5pm. We’ll process losses, triumph and hopes for 2025!
Out past groups have been a success and VERY informative. We have a good time. You can join and listen or you can join in and share. Hope to see you there.
