Annapolis CPR was started because there was a need to teach people first aid and CPR. Our mission is to train as many people as we can to help decrease the amount of time from sudden cardiac arrest and the time that a trained person arrives. Our company employs Firefighters, EMTs, Paramedics and Police Officers as instructors. We are able to bring a whole different perspective into the classroom.

Last week and this week, we got the pleasure to teach CPR and First Aid to a special group of teachers. The teachers at Anchors A Wee have held a special place in our hearts as they have taught both of our little ones over the years. We are officially graduated from their programs and we will miss them so much but to be able to leave them with new knowledge, a good time, and our well wishes is the best we can do for now. Thank you Anchors A Wee for guiding and molding our kiddos over the years. It’s not goodbye but see you later. Love the Apgar’s and the team at Annapolis CPR.

We are picking up again with nice weather! QACHS Clay Target Team is starting off their season with a CPR and Stop the Bleed Course. We are so excited to be a sponsor for their team again this year. We haven’t posted an update in awhile so we wanted to give one super fast. Yes we are still teaching classes, offering in person, online and hybrid courses. For those new to our company, we are a very small company, we schedule classes as requests come in. Our main instructor is a mom, firefighter/paramedic and instructor so we have the flexibility for daytime, evenings and weekends. Please message us to schedule a course, we can normally get you in the same week or next. We hope you are enjoying your summer as much as we are.

Good afternoon! We have a knowledge only class (no certification) scheduled for Monday 3/18 at 730pm in Cape st Claire. We have 3 spots open! The cost is $45/person! This course reviews CPR for all ages, choking, etc. Knowledge only classes are great for parents, grand parents and family members. Message us to register.

At Annapolis CPR we start teaching the fundamentals of CPR and first aid at a young age. While a 4.5 and 2.5 year old can’t do CPR perfectly, teaching simple steps like how to call 911 or how to recognize an emergency is still just as important.

Our Story

Our company employs Firefighters, EMTs, Paramedics and Police Officers as instructors. We are able to bring a whole different perspective into the classroom. Our instructors have over 30 years of experience in the fields of public safety and can bring a whole new perspective to the classroom and training. The owners, Julia and Mike, and their other instructor, Bill; all have children ranging from a new born to a teenager. They are all able to bring real life experiences as parents into their scenarios and teachings.

We will be adding new courses soon to help our customer’s reach their goals. We offer in home, in business and in studio classes to meet your needs. If you ever need a class that we do not offer, please let us know, we can always look into adding more courses to assist our customers.
