We've added a LES MILLS RPM cycle class every Thursday, at 5PM! Join our amazing Mo Carter in the spin studio for this incredible 45-minute cycle class where you control the intensity 👍🏼💯👍🏼

It's fun, low impact, features great music & moves, and, you can burn up to 500 calories a session!🔥

Afterward, join Mo at 6PM for LES MILLS BODYPUMP... two great classes back to back! 👏👏👏

👉🏻Please take note that the ladies steam room will be repaired on Wednesday March 6, 2024; the workmen will arrive at 6:30am. ⏰

They will need to be in and out of the ladies locker room for several hours, in which the shower area will be closed for the duration.

You may use the locker rooms and bathroom with the understanding that men will be in and out of the locker room as needed.
