Meet Your Counselor!!!!Life can be tough, overwhelming, and sometimes just plain exhausting—but you don’t have to face it alone. Come sit, take a breath, and talk with me. I provide a supportive, judgment-free space where healing, growth, and real change can happen.
I work with children, teens, and adults ages 5 and up, using CBT, trauma-informed, and client-centered approaches to help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, anger management, relationship concerns, family conflict, grief, and major life transitions. Therapy with me is practical, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs—because there is no one-size-fits-all path to wellness.
I’m also passionate about supporting parents and caregivers, including helping families navigate educational concerns, IEPs, and 504 plans with confidence and clarity. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, you deserve support and understanding.
