Let’s talk screens! Here’s some useful information for infants and technology. Main takeaways:

- AAP recommends NO screens under 18 months
- Your baby needs to see and hear you, not a screen, in order to develop appropriate communication skills
- 80% of brain development happens in the first 3 years of life…screens change this development!
