Our Director of School Services, Sarah Gilmer, accepted a game ball on behalf of Act Behavior Consulting from Piedmont High School tonight!

Sarah’s heart for students and teachers shines through everything she does. Her love for education began right here at Piedmont High, where so many of her coaches and teachers helped shape her into who she is today.

Now, she’s giving back to her hometown and surrounding areas by helping schools create environments where every learner can thrive.

Please help us congratulate Jenny Dooley on her new role as Clinical Director Assistant. Jenny will be partnering with our case managers to strengthen treatment quality, parent collaboration, and staff coaching across our clinics.

If Jenny is your current case manager: she will reach out by Wednesday, November 5th to ensure a smooth transition. Services will continue as scheduled, and your supervising BCBA will confirm any updates with your child's treatment team.

Jenny brings diverse experience across many Alabama communities, which will help her serve all of our Northeast Alabama Clinics. She is skilled in serving both children and adults with special needs using applied behavior analysis. Jenny has many years of management experience and team leadership, as well as a passion for compassionate, evidence-based care and clinical excellence.

Reinforce calm behavior with lots of praise and make sure breaks are built in. Preparation makes holidays feel safe, predictable, and positive for every child. 💛💙
