Christine Franklin, a proud United States Air Force Veteran, continues her commitment to service through her work supporting fellow Veterans, Military Spouses, and students as they navigate life beyond military service. Drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience, Franklin brings a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with transitioning to civilian careers.
In her role at the Victory Center, Franklin oversees the daily operations and strategic direction of the center, leading programs that support career readiness, workforce development, and community engagement. She manages initiatives that serve Veterans, Military Spouses, and students while cultivating partnerships with employers and community organizations. Through her leadership, the center provides comprehensive resources, individualized support, and opportunities that empower clients to successfully transition into meaningful careers and long-term stability.
Service is more than a profession for Franklin—it is a lifelong commitment shared across her family’s military legacy. Franklin is 4th generation Air Force Veteran and her passion for supporting the Veteran community is rooted in firsthand experience and a genuine desire to help others find purpose and stability after their service.
When asked what drives her work, Franklin shared, “Helping Veterans and their families discover their next chapter after service is more than my job—it’s my mission. Seeing their confidence grow and their goals come to life is the greatest reward.”
