“If this year was hard on your mental health, I want you to hear this clearly: the fact that you’re still here matters. You didn’t ‘just survive’—you adapted, you endured, and you kept going on days when your mind felt heavy and your heart felt tired. That takes strength, even when it didn’t feel like it.
In 2026, I’m wishing you more than survival. I’m wishing you rest without guilt, peace without chaos attached, joy that doesn’t need to be earned, and boundaries that protect your healing. I’m wishing you growth that feels steady, not forced, and a life where you don’t have to be in constant fight-or-flight to prove your worth.
You deserve a year where your nervous system can exhale.....
