Rapid Eye Technology (RET) is a revolutionary breakthrough in addressing emotional stress. RET is a faster, less painful way of reaching and releasing emotional elements of:
Abuse of all kinds
Addictions of all kinds
Depression, Anger and Grief
Family and Relationship Patterns
Basically, the emotional stress caused by any issue can be released, the body retrained, and the mind educated to think and react differently through the RET process and Skills for Life training.

RET consists of essentially two parts:

Identify and release stress-causing factors on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level through the structured movement and blinking of the eyes (the RET process).

So what’s involved when you do a Rapid Eye Session?!

RET utilizes blinking, eye movements, breathing, imagery, and stress reduction energy work to facilitate release of stressful emotional, mental, physical patterns. Rapid eye movements and release work facilitate rapid healing. The sense of the sacred,
the awareness that each person is in essence a perfect spiritual being, is at the heart of
Rapid Eye Technology.

RET is such a great and fast tool to use to really tap in and help work on current and past issues!

Sessions run anywhere from 1 hour to 1.45 hours. Dress comfortable and come open minded. I offer a safe and welcoming space. All sessions are confidential.

And it’s Donation Day at White Buffalo Spiritual Healing and Gifts!

On donation day all practitioners wave their fees and you pay what you can.This gives people a chance to try different readings and healing methods. It is also a perfect time for people who can’t afford our regular rates to be able to receive the reading or healing that they need.
