Your pelvic floor does a LOT: supporting your core, spine, hips, posture, breath, and nervous system. And yet, it’s one of the most misunderstood parts of the body.

In Amy's pelvic floor series, we’ll move beyond the idea that pelvic health is “just doing Kegels.” You’ll learn how to both strengthen and relax your pelvic floor, connect to your breath and deep core, and understand how your hips, posture, and daily habits play a role in how supported you feel.

This series is a perfect fit if you’re:

👉 postpartum (recent or years out)
👉 navigating perimenopause
👉 feeling disconnected from your core
👉 or simply seeking strength and confidence

No experience needed, all bodies are welcome. Come as you are -- this is about learning, feeling, and finding your flow!

Hi all, a quick note to let you know that the River Yoga community is here for you.
I (as Kelly) am not ready to publicly respond to the new situations... they continue to unfold and the grief keeps building.

What I am more than ready to say is that we will continue to be a safe space. A safe voice. And a safe road through everything. Woof... its a lot.

Tonight we held an amazing practice which did not fixate on current events but definitely honored them--softly and sweetly with movement and a little dance. Bringing back some joy to our hearts

Thank you for practicing with us and please continue to find compassion and love in your hearts. Its in there, I just know it!
