We are excited to introduce Ashley Rivera as our new Case Manager in our St. Louis Park office!

Ashley brings a strong background in Health Sciences along with experience working within the Mayo Clinic healthcare system, where she developed a deep appreciation for thoughtful, compassionate care. Her experience across healthcare, business, and public health allows her to approach each situation with both understanding and respect.

She is passionate about creating an environment where people feel comfortable, truly listened to, and supported every step of the way. Building trust and meaningful connections is at the heart of how she works with clients and families.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors, especially hiking with her 6 year old puppy, Luna, who keeps life fun and reminds her to enjoy the little things.

We are so excited to welcome Brittany Wiese to the Griswold team as the Associate Director of our Anoka office.

Brittany brings over 10 years of experience leading nonprofit programs, including more than 6 years focused on serving older adults. She also holds a master’s degree in health services administration, bringing both heart and expertise to her role.

Her passion for this work is deeply personal. Growing up, Brittany lived with her grandparents and now feels a true sense of purpose giving back to older adults in our community.

When she’s not supporting families across the Greater Twin Cities, you can find her in the Stillwater area with her two sons, camping, gardening, and chasing their next adventure.

We feel so lucky to have her on our team and cannot wait for you all to meet her.
