Re-educating (sometimes education for the first time).

During our time last week we learned on both open and closed systems.

Is one better than the other?
Nope -
They both do the same thing: hydrate, stimulate and evacuate the large colon.

It truly comes down to personal preference!

As I am out learning this week with another therapist (who will be amazing) open or closed colonics both achieve the same thing. Open or closed both hydrate, stimulate (your natural peristalsis) and evacuate the bowel.

It comes down to personal preference.

We love our open system that is very effective.
