My own spiritual journey has been full of twists and turns, but it has brought me to a deeper understanding of how interconnected these aspects of our lives truly are. From a biblical standpoint, the health of our physical bodies is of great significance, as it reflects God’s perfect creation. All of these areas—spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional—are intricately woven together, grounded in the four pillars of health: sleep, nutrition, energy management, and exercise. These pillars form the foundation for living a balanced and fulfilling life.
