This afternoon ARMS members along with the Ansonia Fire Department and Ansonia Police Department responded to a 1 car accident that resulted in a damaged telephone pole and power loss. Please remember to drive safe and wear your seatbelt.

UPDATE MAY 15TH 4:12 P.M. JAYNALIS RIVERA HAS BEEN LOCATED

The Ansonia Police Department is looking for the public's assistance in locating a 15 year-old runaway, Jaynalis Rivera. She is described as a Hispanic female, 5’5" tall, 179 lbs, with black hair, black eyes, freckles and glasses. Jaynalis was last seen in the area of Elm Street and Thomas Street at 9:00 A.M. today, 5/8/2025, wearing a gray Mickey Mouse shirt, black pants, cheetah print hair bonnet. Paxton Ekhator has been found and is safe, thank you to all that shared the post.

The Ansonia Police Department is looking for the public’s assistance in locating runaway Paxton Ekhator, age 13, of Ansonia. Paxton is 5 feet 6 inches tall, 120 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen in the area of North State Street and Ells Street in Ansonia wearing khaki pants and a black coat.

DOMINIC RUSH HAS BEEN LOCATED AND IS SAFE.

The Ansonia Police Department is looking for the public's assistance in locating 16 year old Dominic Rush of Ansonia. Rush left his home this morning at about 9:00 A.M. after making threatening comments to family members.
Dominic is 5'8" 250 lbs wearing a green hoodie, bright yellow sandals, and gray plaid sweatpants. He was last seen in the area of Hill Street and Root Avenue.

Anyone who has seen Dominic Rush or with information on the whereabouts of Rush is asked to contact the Ansonia Police Department at 203-735-1885.
