ARMS members, Alderman/ARMS Commissioner Rivers, and family participated in the Annual Memorial Day Parade today. Thank you to all who attended, and a special thank you to those who we remember this Memorial Day weekend for their ultimate sacrifice. May you never be forgotten.

This afternoon ARMS members along with the Ansonia Fire Department and Ansonia Police Department responded to a 1 car accident that resulted in a damaged telephone pole and power loss. Please remember to drive safe and wear your seatbelt.

UPDATE MAY 15TH 4:12 P.M. JAYNALIS RIVERA HAS BEEN LOCATED

The Ansonia Police Department is looking for the public's assistance in locating a 15 year-old runaway, Jaynalis Rivera. She is described as a Hispanic female, 5’5" tall, 179 lbs, with black hair, black eyes, freckles and glasses. Jaynalis was last seen in the area of Elm Street and Thomas Street at 9:00 A.M. today, 5/8/2025, wearing a gray Mickey Mouse shirt, black pants, cheetah print hair bonnet. Anyone with in formation is asked to contact the Ansonia Police Department at 203-735-1885 or tips can left anonymously at Tip411.

PRESS RELEASE

The Ansonia Police Department is looking for the public’s assistance in locating runaway Paxton Ekhator, age 13, of Ansonia. Paxton is 5 feet 6 inches tall, 120 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen in the area of North State Street and Ells Street in Ansonia wearing khaki pants and a black coat.
