A week ago today we had our first Fuego yoga and hiking retreat in beautiful Sedona.

Cathy is the epitome of a Karma Yogi. In addition to being incredibly selfless, she is also intelligent, attentive, thoughtful and kind. Her sweet, steady grace radiates every time she’s here.

We are fortunate to cross paths with people in our adulthood who seamlessly align with our humor and sensibilities. For the Fuego Yoga community, crossing paths with Diane has been an absolute blessing. Although relatively new to the North Valley, she has been practicing and teaching yoga for many years. She has a passionate and welcoming heart and a playful spirit.
