~ STRETCH RX TUESDAY TIPS ~
How many of us sit in front of a desk all day, hunched over? And how many of us have pain between the shoulder blades because of that?!? EVERYONE right?!?

Well there's an easy, fast stretch that can help elevate that discomfort and help with posture at the same time!

Set a timer once every hour to get up and stretch "the front of your chest". Yes the pain between your shoulders blades is because those posterior muscles are "over stretched" as you round forward. So the solution is to open up the front of your chest so your back muscles can go back to a neutral position 🙂
