We’re proud to share that our patient, Lawrence, was able to receive a new prosthetic socket through the support of The Heather Abbott Foundation.

This double-wall style socket has provided better suspension and a more comfortable fit, allowing him to pursue his goals with renewed energy and confidence.

We’re grateful to the Heather Abbott Foundation for making stories like this possible, and we look forward to working together to support more amputees in the future!

Done a lot of these outer shells in the past but this has been a nice elegant solution recently. A single screw to hold everything together. No rattling or clicking.

This socket was made for a very athletic patient who is also blind. They needed a more efficient way to change their sleeve on their own. These shells are also a great way to extend the life of the suspension sleeve.
