Christine Smith, FNP-C will be out of the office between June 28 and July 5 enjoying a vacation with her family.

She will not be able to respond to any emergency refill requests during this time.

We have added some appointments times this week if you will run out of medications before she return to the office.

Our office will be closed December 23-31.
