Please welcome Dr. Yasameen Kerakhan to the Alliance Medical Clinic family.
Dr. Kerakhan will be working primarily at our Anthem location.

Dr. Yasameen Kerakhan is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. She earned her medical degree from the University of Baghdad and completed her Family Medicine residency at St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio.

She is known for her compassionate, patient-centered, and evidence-based approach, as well as her ability to build long-term, trusting relationships with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine, women’s health, and chronic disease management, with a strong emphasis on patient education and shared decision-making.

Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Kerakhan enjoys traveling, exercising, cooking, and spending quality time with her family. These interests reflect her belief in balance, wellness, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle both personally and professionally

Please welcome Physician Assistant, Matthew Downey to the Alliance Medical Clinic Family.
Matthew will be working at both our Anthem and Tramonto offices starting July 21st.

Matthew grew up in Anthem, Arizona, attending Anthem Elementary and Boulder Creek High School. He is a diehard Arizona sports fan. He enjoys spending his free time golfing, traveling with his wife, and camping with his dog, Zona.

Matthew values a strong patient-provider relationship. He has a passion for preventative health to optimize all aspects of his patients’ physical and emotional wellbeing.

Alliance Medical Clinic is proud to welcome Nurse Practitioner, Lindsay Navarro (Polansky) back to the Alliance family. Lindsay is Board Certified in family practice through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated from the University of Phoenix and has been providing Medical care for almost 15 years in the valley.
Lindsay is a native Arizonian and is proud to call Phoenix home. She obtained a Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree from Chamberlain University College of Nursing in 2011. Lindsay worked for Dignity health, St. Joseph’s Level 1 Hospital and Medical Center where she worked in Trauma ICU, Emergency Department, and Level 1 Trauma. Her desire to provide exceptional patient care and to further her education led her back to University of Phoenix where she completed Master’s of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner. Her background is primary care, preventative care, women’s health, urgent care, emergency medicine. She is certified in weight loss, women, and men’s health. Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family and friends the most. She is married and a mother of three children. A son, daughter and bonus son. She enjoys cooking, traveling, camping, and hiking.
Lindsay is currently working with Alliance management to provider our patients with a state of the art weight loss and hormonal treatment program. Exciting things to come!

Please join us in welcoming Robyn Procyk, FNP to the Alliance Family.

Robyn began her nursing career as a registered nurse (RN) in emergency and intensive care before graduating with a master's of science in nursing (MSN-NP) with a focus in family practice. She believes that building a relationship with every patient is crucial in providing the highest quality care for their unique individual needs. The challenges associated with the healthcare field are what attracted her to a career in helping others.

Robyn moved to The Valley from the Midwest in search of warmer weather and new adventures. In her free time, Robyn competes in billiards, enjoys paddle boarding, and loves spending time outdoors with her husband and their four children.

It is with great sadness that we share that Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Woodburn has decided to move back to her home state of Idaho to be closer to family. Her last day with Alliance Medical Clinic will be January 21, 2022.
