We’re now back open and resuming prescription processing!

Our system is still running a bit slowly as we work toward full operations, and we truly appreciate your patience.

Please call us if you need:
• Urgent medications
• Prescriptions that must be filled right away

At this time, our system is not accepting refill requests through the call-in system or text messaging. Please speak directly with a member of our team for any refill needs.

If you have enough medication to last until later this week, we kindly ask that you wait to request a refill so we can prioritize patients with immediate needs.

While we are still unable to fully open at Irwin Potter we are able to partner with our sister store Hibbard’s Pharmacy in Medicine Lodge. We are happy to help facilitate whatever you may need during this time as they are able to fill your urgent medications and any prescriptions you need right away. Please call our store Irwin Potter at 620-842-5119 and we will make sure your needs are met.

We have a team of experts working diligently to resolve the problem so we can reopen as soon as possible. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
