Do you wonder if you may worry too much? Excessive or unmanaged anxiety can become unhealthy if it takes the form of an anxiety disorder. If you feel like you are losing control: First, look inside and pinpoint the real cause of the anxiety. Then, decide what action, if any, should be taken. You may discover no action can be taken. If one can, come up with a plan that tackles the part of the problem that is under your control. Once you have done all you can, either take action or just let it go.

Leslie Kramer, of Antigo, died on September 20, 2025 at her home. She was 78 years old. She was born on August 9, 1947 in Antigo, WI a daughter of Joseph and Olga (Honey) Feil. She married Duane Kramer on November 16, 1973 in Atlanta, Georgia. He preceded her in death on December 22, 2023.
