Christmas cheer was in full swing at Eastview!

We were so grateful to welcome the Junior Optimist Club for their generous gift donations, enjoy a special visit from Santa and his elf, and celebrate with treats and gifts during our Christmas party.

A big thank you to Regional Director of Marketing, Raymond, for stopping by with extra holiday goodies. Moments like these made the season even brighter for our residents and staff!

Holiday fun started with Christmas Sock Bingo and continued with residents creating thoughtful tea gifts in a jar. Adding to the excitement, a very festive puppy paid a special visit and brought plenty of smiles!

To top it all off, Jackie was surprised with a cozy Grinch blanket, making these moments even more memorable.

Rocket the Therapy Dog Shines on Wisconsin Life

Rocket has been spreading joy at Eastview for years, and now he’s getting the recognition he deserves!

Dennis Erickson has dedicated his career to helping people, and he continues that mission at Eastview with Rocket, his adopted Jack Russell terrier. Rocket has become a beloved therapy dog and an integral part of the Eastview family. Their heartwarming story has inspired Dennis to write a children’s book about Rocket, collaborating with local cartoonist Brian Ponshock.

Congratulations to Dennis on his Wisconsin Life feature and for sharing Rocket’s story in his upcoming book, Rocket the Superhero Therapy Dog. This local project will benefit the Langlade County Humane Society and celebrate Rocket’s big heart and lasting impact!
