We've been getting questions so...
Yes, we are open 9-Noon Monday to Saturday or by appointment anytime.
Yes, we process bear, deer, and trim into sausage.
Yes, we are participating in the deer donation program, CWD testing, and are a licensed and inspected meat processor.
Sorry, but no, you can't throw your scraps or carcass in our dumpster, its expensive, we use every bit of the space.
Also, we don't process chickens after Labor Day except for in very rare circumstances.

Skinning $75
Processing $150 (first 100 lbs.)
$0.75/lb for every pound over 100.
Please let un know you are coming before 9 PM and call us when you are done at the taxidermist or loaded up and about to get on the road. We will meet later than 9.

All venison sausage orders have been completed! We will continue to be open 9am-Noon through February, but our hours may change in March to appointment only. If you haven't heard from us, or need to schedule a time to pick up your order, please let us know. We are flexible and can schedule a time to meet outside our posted hours. We will continue to make venison sausage orders as they come in year-round. Thank you all for an excellent venison sausage season!

We are all caught up on gun deer. We'll be processing the last of the steaks and ground meat today. We accept deer for processing year round, so if you have a frozen deer or participate in the later hunts, no worries, we still take them. We even take the "husband started it and isn't finishing it" deer.

Happy New Deer's Eve! Good Luck tomorrow to all our hunters and we hope you stay safe. We have a few quick reminders:
1. The food pantries really appreciate donations.
2. Base processing is $145 (that includes skinning, grinding, steaks, loins, roasts, and all packaging costs).
3. We are a small family business, but still licensed, inspected, insured, and experienced.

Now is a great time to bring in venison and other wild game trim to be made into smoked sausages before the holidays! Our most popular options includes summer sausage (pictured), snack stix, hotdogs, ring bologna, bratwursts (with or without cheeses), venison bacon, smoked and chipped hinds, kielbasa, Italian sausage, breakfast links, and English bangers! I highly recommend the English Bangers as a breakfast sausage for those who are not a fan of the nutmeg spice often used in venison sausage recipes.

We are again participating in the Wisconsin Deer Donation Program. It's free to donate and the venison goes to Langlade County food pantries. If you'd rather keep your deer, a basic cut (including grinding), wrap, and freeze is $145/deer.
