Woodbridge Health Services is hiring for a FULL TIME LVN DIRECT SOPPORT PROFESSIONALS!

Woodbridge Health Services provide Adult Residential Facilities, two of which are Adult Residential Facilities for Person With Special Healthcare Needs (ARFPSHN).

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) requires NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE!

As a DSP you will be responsible for caring for client's Daily Activities Living (ADL). This includes, but not limited to: bathing, brushing teeth, food preparation, dressing, and cleaning.

WE ARE HIRING A FULL TIME RN!

Benefits include: paid time off, 401k, company paid vision and dental insurance, health insurance.

This position will be located at our Concord and Clayton facilities. At full capacity we have 4 residents that the RN will be caring for. You will have a team help you, but the RN is responsible for ensure that each client gets the best possible care and is getting the health measures needed to live a good life.
