Our facility is approximately 5 miles from StoneCrest Medical Center and has easy access to other Nashville-area hospitals. Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, Life Care Center of Hickory Woods features advanced therapy equipment, such as the AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill®, Biodex Balance System SD and VitalStim® therapy system. Our in-house rehabilitation and nursing team create individualized care plans for each patient and resident, focusing on their personal needs and goals.

Our therapy kitchen was full of smiles during our recent group cooking session! 🥘🧆 One of our patients generously shared her sausage ball recipe, and with the support of our Occupational and Speech Therapy teams, the group worked together to prepare this delicious food. From following directions and sequencing steps to building communication and functional skills, this group was the perfect recipe for progress and fun! Yum! 😁🍽️
