“ALDA believes in building a strong community by working together”
The Asociación Latina de Asistencia (ALDA) was reactivated on August 15, 2011 as a collaborative of the following non profits: Feeding and Teaching (F&T), California LULAC Institute (CLI) and TODOS Unidos (TU). On October 3, 2011 the ALDA member organization inducted California Healthy Communities Network (CAL-HCN) into the Alliance. Tucker, ALDA, Advisor; Daniel Nicherie, F&T; Argentina Davila-Luévano, CLI; Angel G. ALDA is engaged in the community providing economic membership card services. Through the partnerships ALDA fights poverty, hunger, and community blight. In addition, it conducts a myriad of Social Justice, Civil Rights advocacy and work organizing America and the California Mercado Workers. It provides Health, Education, Social, Cultural and Economic Development services through its many affiliates and networks.
