Happy Wednesday, loves 😘

Sitting in traffic today reminded me…
I’m still learning patience.

Life will slow you down sometimes,
not to stop you, but to center you.

To remind you that everything doesn’t have to happen right now.

God’s timing is perfect, even when it doesn’t feel like it.

So today, I’m choosing peace over frustration…
and trust over rushing.

Trust the timing.
Your blessing is on the way

Happy First Day of Spring 🌸

New season, fresh start, and a reminder to slow down and take care of yourself.

The same way the earth is blooming… so can you.

More fresh foods, more peace, more intentional living.

Simple. Natural. Necessary. šŸ’š

Hey loves šŸ’›

This is the dry brush I’ve been using lately. Nothing fancy, just something simple that gets the job done.

I’ve been adding dry brushing into my routine before I shower and I really like how my skin feels after.

What I do:
• Brush on dry skin before shower
• Start at my feet and work my way up
• Always brush upward toward the heart
• Light pressure, nothing too harsh

It helps with:
• getting the blood flowing
• exfoliating dead skin
• giving your skin that smooth feel

Then I rinse off and moisturize.

Simple, easy, and it feels good.

Do you dry brush or have you tried it before?

🌱 Two Beet Burger – Plant Power on a Plate! šŸ”āœØ

Today I made a Two Beet Burger, and let me tell you… vegan food does NOT have to be boring! When you learn how to work with plants, the flavors, textures, and creativity are endless.

This burger is made from two whole beets and a few simple ingredients, then slowly dehydrated to create that hearty burger texture.

Ingredients I used:• 2 fresh beets• Soaked sunflower seeds• Fresh herbs/greens• Onion• Garlic powder• Smoked paprika• A touch of liquid smoke• Psyllium husk (to help bind it)

Form the patties, dehydrate, and you’ve got a smoky, plant-powered burger that’s full of flavor. I layered mine with avocado mash and crisp romaine lettuce for that fresh crunch.

What I love most is that this meal is 100% plant-based, nutrient-rich, and satisfying.

🌿 Vegan life has been part of my journey for almost 18 years now.• 18 years vegan• 7 of those years I lived an alkaline lifestyle (the strictest years, but I stayed committed!)• 6 months completely raw during that time• The rest of the years living and thriving fully vegan.

This lifestyle has taught me discipline, creativity in the kitchen, and how powerful plant foods really are.

If you’re thinking about eating more plants, remember this:✨ Vegan food is colorful, flavorful, creative, and anything but boring.

Your health journey doesn’t have to be perfect ,just keep showing up for yourself one meal at a time.
