š± Two Beet Burger ā Plant Power on a Plate! šāØ
Today I made a Two Beet Burger, and let me tell you⦠vegan food does NOT have to be boring! When you learn how to work with plants, the flavors, textures, and creativity are endless.
This burger is made from two whole beets and a few simple ingredients, then slowly dehydrated to create that hearty burger texture.
Ingredients I used:⢠2 fresh beets⢠Soaked sunflower seeds⢠Fresh herbs/greens⢠Onion⢠Garlic powder⢠Smoked paprika⢠A touch of liquid smoke⢠Psyllium husk (to help bind it)
Form the patties, dehydrate, and youāve got a smoky, plant-powered burger thatās full of flavor. I layered mine with avocado mash and crisp romaine lettuce for that fresh crunch.
What I love most is that this meal is 100% plant-based, nutrient-rich, and satisfying.
