Wellllll… I turned it into dragon fruit salsa 😍

I used the pumpkin seeds and walnuts I had soaking to make a raw taco “meat,” then finished it off with this colorful taco salad bowl.

Just look at these colors.
Purple cabbage. Fresh cucumber. Bright dragon fruit.
