Thank you to everyone who donated flowers, the residents have been having a great time planting them. I have also finished mulching the front porch beds. It’s starting to look a lot like spring, hopefully the weather will make its mind up soon.

The Flu Vaccine and the Covid Booster Shot will both be administered in the facility during a clinic on Wednesday October 20th between 10:00am and Noon. Please come into the facility and sign permission forms located at the nurses station prior to this date.

Just a reminder. Visitation is open and strongly encouraged, but we still have restrictions. We are still unable to eat or visit with our loved ones in the dining room. Please focus your visits to the residents room only. We appreciate your help as we return to a new normal.

The governor has rescinded the orders restricting visitation, but still expects us to follow CDC guidelines on visitation. We are still signing in, checking for symptoms and taking temperatures of all visitors. Please do not skip this step when visiting. We are wearing masks in all common areas. Vaccinated visitors may visit mask free with vaccinated residents in their room. There is no need to make an appointment, no time restrictions and no limit on number of visitors. Let’s please remember that COVID is not over, and please wash or sanitize hands before visits and continue to do the things that have kept our residents safe theses past 15 months. Feel free to come on down, your loved ones miss you.
