Unfortunately Apache Health will not reopen. As you know we were shut down (suspended) with over 300 providers without investigation because of all the fraudulent providers. With legal expenses being so high we could not afford to fight it. I know in my heart we did great things and always cared. I hope you all know we cared very much and if I had to do it again I would. I will always love you all ❤️

Hi Everyone,

We want to keep everyone informed of what is happening right now. Arizona has temporarily shut down over 100 treatment facilities while they investigate allegations of fraud. Many of these places are actual criminals that bill the government for services they don't provide. However, our facility was somehow lumped in on this list, and anyone that knows us will know that we are a 100% legitimate facility that has NEVER committed any fraud. If you have been to Apache Health, then you know we love our clients like they are family, and we only care about their wellbeing. I can promise you all that we are 100% innocent of these allegations, and the truth will come out in the investigation. Apache Health will be back and helping our brothers and sisters very soon. We love you all and will keep in touch while we deal with this crazy stuff.
