I agree. That doesn't mean we should dismiss every feeling as a result of been subjected to some form of rejection by others. We should still feel the feelings, then process it, detach and let go. Each time we process our feelings - we can better understand what affect us and why. This may lead us in uncovering some deep seated problems or even trauma, and so we can better handle our emotions and not be easily triggered. ~ Gloria* Allure x Alchemy

Can Soulmates break our hearts? Yes. How is it different from toxic entanglements? No interest in mindgames.
