Words cannot express the absolute joy I have felt conducting this powerful & important Chakra meditation and sound bath session for women here in the Valley!
✨
Making connections with like-minded women is something I've longed for over the course of my lifetime. I gave up looking years ago then a couple months back it finally dawned on me: This is something I need to create!
✨
But could I? Could I really? Of course, the whispers of doubt and insecurity flooded my brain but something else within shouted even louder: Be authentic! Be vulnerable! Be yourself and YOUR people WILL find you!

I am not a guru. I am not an expert. I am just someone looking to connect, build friendships, and encourage other women, who might also be unsure about their own power, that they have the tools already within to DO the thing that scares them, too!

One woman at a time will find me. And they will, in turn, find each other.💞

If you've never been to a sound bath before, here's a little of what you can expect...
✨
You'll find a comfortable spot to lie down or sit. We will guide you to relax, then let the sounds do the work. The tones and vibrations from the singing bowls help slow your brain waves -- moving you from a busy, thinking state (Beta) into more relaxed states like Alpha and Theta.
✨
Why does that matter? Alpha and Theta states are linked to creativity, deep relaxation, and mental clarity. This is where your mind can let go of stress and shift into a more balanced, calm space -- without needing to "try" to meditate.
✨
You don't need to do anything but breathe and listen. Every experience is a little different, but most people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more clear-headed.
