“Christmas of 2024, I weighed 186.6 pounds and felt completely defeated. By January 2025, I was trying everything on my own to lose weight, but nothing seemed to work no matter how hard I tried. I knew something just wasn’t right.

In May 2025, I finally had a full work-up done with Vitality Wellness, and for the first time, I felt heard. My labs showed my TPO antibodies were almost 500, leading to answers I had been searching for and a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s. Instead of making me feel discouraged, they helped me understand my body, supported me through the hard days, and created a plan that actually worked for me.
I started Tirzepatide, changed my eating habits, and slowly started becoming myself again. I’ve been off Tirzepatide since September 2025 and have successfully maintained my weight between 147–149 pounds ever since.

But the biggest transformation wasn’t just physical. They helped me regain my confidence, my energy, and honestly… my sparkle again. ✨
