I have been keeping it hush but the gym is closing..... Sept 26th we will be moving everything out we will be continuing the program at Pumphouse gym in Binghamton sorry everyone as this was decided and it was out of my hands thanks for all the love the support and I am glad of all the ppl I have met I hope to keep working with some of you when I relocate.....thank you again
