Here at The Contrology Garage we strive to provide you with a pure and life-changing exercise program that will help you meet your desired fitness goals. At TCG, We specialize in personalizing instruction in both Private and small group class formats. We also conduct off-site training.

A studio is not about the four walls but rather about everyone who is a part of it. Our teachers and other team members are so talented and passionate about what they do and amazingly committed to the clients they work with. The clients who walk in our doors are Wake County’s finest. Our studio has this amazing energy, come check us out and you will feel it.
