My journey began in Europe, where I first started Kneaded Relaxation while living abroad as a military wife. Over the years and through moves, transitions, and new beginnings, I’ve built and rebuilt my practice with the same passion and purpose: to provide compassionate, quality care that truly makes a difference.

As a single mother and small business owner, I understand what it means to carry a lot on your shoulders. That’s why I’ve created a space where clients can let go, recharge, and feel genuinely cared for. My background working with veterans and diverse clients across many countries has shaped my holistic approach ... one that blends technique, intuition, and heart.
