I have qualifications in Clinical Hypnosis and Therapeutic Hypnosis from the U.K. I have qualified as a Nightingale Dementia Consultant. I am also a Master Practitioner in NLP and am a member of the NFNLP. I have been Certified by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners. I am a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and I am a Union Member. I have GHR Acknowledged Supervisor Training and can offer one-on-one supervision or participation within a Peer Support Group for Qualified Hypnotists. As an experienced Hypnotist I use the BLAST Technique® (Bi Lateral Analysis & Stimulation Treatment) created by Nick Davies in the UK (www.blast-technique.com). I have advanced qualifications in this technique and have had success treating many different issues including significant emotional events, smoking cessation, weight issues, fears and apprehensions. I am a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner (www.havening.org) and have had great results with many clients using the various Havening Techniques®. I am an Author and creator of The Bunny Talk Process. I speak at various Hypnosis conventions and other events. It is the bypass of the critical factor of the brain, the conscious mind and tapping into the subconscious mind where we can create change. We naturally go into hypnosis when we daydream or watch movies without distraction. It is where you can suspend disbelief and utilize your imagination. There are varying degrees of hypnosis; some people go deeply and some go lightly most people are right in the middle. While in hypnosis one maintains control and awareness. Hypnotists use hypnosis as a tool to assist those who desire positive transformation in their lives. A full case history is taken all of which is confidential. We will discuss your treatment plan and and depending on your issue may ask your Dr for permission before commencing hypnosis. In your first session you will experience hypnosis. In this relaxed trance like state I will teach you self-hypnosis. You will always be in control and fully aware. You cannot do anything against your will. Hypnosis can help with a wide range of issues including:

Weight Management, Stopping Smoking , Sleep Improvement, Self -Confidence, Positive Mental Attitude, Situational Stress and Sports Performance. I can help facilitate change and this can often happen within the first session but the effect may be cumulative requiring several treatments. I offer a free telephone consultation prior to the commencement of any therapy. The first session may take up to two hours. All other sessions an hour and a half. Every session is $325. After the first session you can book four sessions at $299, total $1996. I do not offer guarantees and I cannot unfortunately wave a magic wand. But working together I can help you to help yourself. I do not diagnose, treat or prescribe. I am not a Psychologist or a Psychiatrist
