Dynamic Fusion Muscle Therapy

Dynamic Fusion Muscle Therapy We provide a multi-modal approach of massage therapy to the complex system of the human body in order to enhance efficient human movement.

I've been practicing massage therapy since 2008. I've worked in a variety of settings including a Sports Medicine chiropractic office, a rehabilitative and performance enhancement office in NYC and an integrative wellness center in Brooklyn, NY. Since moving to the Triangle area in 2015, I've worked in the spa setting at Hand and Stone in Cary, and in a sports massage facility, All Sport Muscle Th

erapy, where I was introduced to Neuromuscular Reprogramming. I've worked with Olympic athletes, MLB pitchers, NYC marathon since 2009 and am currently a massage therapist for the USTA's tennis players at the US Open since 2015. I bring a multi-modal approach to my sessions to enhance the quality of movement, whether one is a professional athlete, weekend warrior or one with a 9-5 job. We all have the same muscles and their respective functions and actions. I include:
Neuromuscular reprogramming--Swedish massage--Myofascial release--Deep tissue--Orthopedic massage based on James Waslaski's work of capsular release (joint release). I love what I do and have a passion to continue to learn and advance my profession. Through educating my clients on the intricacies of the complex systems of the human body I want to empower people to empower themselves so they can lead functional lives.

In between your treatments with us we highly recommend you follow-up with your own self-care routine. A couple of ways to do that is by stretching and exercising, but more importantly by taking the time to help yourself RECOVER. We recommend the following product to facilitate just that. Plus it makes a great Father's Day gift.
OLsky Massage Gun Deep Tissue, Handheld Electric Muscle Massager, High Intensity Percussion Massage Device for Pain Relief with 10 Attachments & 30 Speed.

Our Story

If you’re looking for professional, knowledgeable, caring massage therapists, you’ve come to the right place.

Our massage therapy experience is 20 years combined. We were both educated at the acclaimed and esteemed Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York City. Through our basic education and subsequent continuing education, we've had the privilege to learn and practice many modalities that are effective in the assistance of healing soft tissue injuries, relaxing the body, and the like. Through that knowledge we provide a multi-modal approach of massage therapy to the complex system of the human body in order to enhance efficient human movement. Whether one is a professional athlete, weekend warrior or one with a 9-5 job. We all have the same muscles and their respective functions and actions.

We wholeheartedly believe through educating our clients on the intricacies of the complex systems of the human body, we can help our clients empower themselves so they can lead functional lives and live dynamically.

We truly love what we do and we have a passion to continue to learn and advance our profession, because as in life, learning, truly never ends.
