Stay Chill & Move Smart 🧊☀️
It's been beyond hot here in NC, so here are some quick tips to stay safe in the summer heat:
1. Know the Signs 🛑
Dizzy, nauseous, or super wiped out? Stop. These may be signs of heat illness.
2. Hydrate Smart 😅
Drink water before, during & after. Add electrolytes if you’re sweating a lot. I like Nuun or NormaLyte.
3. Ease Into It 🐌
Let your body adjust, go slow, keep it short, and listen to how you feel.
