Serving the RTP area and surrounding counties, including, Chatham, Johnston, Lee, Harnett, Granville, Franklin, Alamance and Person counties. Distance support can be provided via digital resources. With over 10 years of experience in the field of medical social work, Senior Care Consulting,have seen and heard almost everything. If you are experiencing it, they have dealt with it and can help. If you live too far from your loved one to oversee or assist with their daily/healthcare needs
If you have questions about community resources and/or services that may be available to you or your loved one
If you are overwhelmed with the care of a loved one and need direction or education on local options, including home-care and alternative living
If your currently doing well but concerned about future needs
Senior Care Consulting can help. Experienced social workers will provide education, referrals and guidance tailored specifically to your needs. A comprehensive assessment will be completed and information will be provided accordingly. The assessment is reasonably priced and follow up can be provided, if necessary. Assessments are typically done in the client's home but can be completed via phone or e-mail.
