Get your sports physical done for the 2025-2026 school year and support our dancers for a great cause - all in one stop!

📅 When: Monday, July 28, 5:30-7:30pm
💵 Cost: Accepting donations
🎯 Proceeds go toward sponsoring dancers in need—costumes, classes, and competition fees

✅ Express Provider Services will be on-site to complete sports physicals for student athletes and dancers.
✅ Open to the public — dancers, athletes, friends, & siblings welcome!

💖 Want to make a difference? Even if you don’t need a sports physical, you can “adopt a dancer” and make a donation at the studio!

Registration will be available to collect these items at the uniform/equipment fitting this Sunday, May 18th at Dick’s Sporting Goods!

❤️Physicals are due for ALL athletes! If your athlete’s physical is more than 2 years old we need an updated physical!

🩵NEW ATHLETES ONLY— Birth certificates are due! If you are a returning player/cheerleader you do NOT have to turn it in again!
* Please bring a COPY AND ORIGINAL birth certificate to be verified.
* Original birth certificate will be returned at a later date once verified!
