Center of Prana: The Nabhi is considered a vital energy center, and the root of the vessels that connect the stomach (Amashaya) and intestines (Pakvashaya)

Nutritional Flow: It acts as a central passage for nutrients, crucial for nourishment throughout the body, including fetal development

1. You have 72,000 nerve endings that unite underneath your navel or belly button

2. Life begins at the umbilical cord. That is where you received nourishment in the womb

3. Such beautiful work for Fertility 🩷 we (you and I ) support the womb/ uterus in her activities through alignment, circulation, lymphatic flow, and energetic clearing

4. Trauma healing. Women can store emotions and unprocessed trauma in the womb/sacral space. This bodywork is gentle but supportive for this process of unwinding the nervous system

5. Digestive health. Any stagnation of the digestive system is addressed here with the bodywork and energetic healing
