Hello, friends!

Remember a little while ago when my friend JoAnne and I were planning a retreat? And then we had to reschedule it?

Guess what?

We've got things ready to go, and can't wait to share a full day retreat with you.

We've got 15 spots available for a one day retreat featuring a stellar location in a great house on the water here in the South Shore Tampa/Ruskin area. We've got yoga. We've got breathwork. We've got nourishing food. We've got space for you to reconnect with yourself. We've got opportunities for you to experience community with like-minded women.

FRIENDS!
We've had to cancel our RENEW HER retreat set for Sunday, May 18th. Soooo many commitments this month from potential attendees helped us come to the decision.

HOWEVER we are rescheduling for this September! We think the information we'll provide and the potential for connection and growth is important, and look forward to seeing you all this fall!

In the meantime, we hope you'll join us for yoga and breathwork sessions. 😊
