Clean vs. DISINFECT … yes, there is a difference! ✨🧽

Makeup brushes & sponges don’t just hold makeup… they hold dead skin cells, oils, bacteria, and even mold 🤢

💡 What we tell our patients:
Skip only using regular makeup brush soap. That cleans, but it doesn’t fully disinfect.

👉 Grab a clean hand towel, dampen it with isopropyl alcohol, and gently swirl/wipe your brushes and sponges on it. Let them air dry completely.

This actually kills bacteria, not just removes product buildup — which is a game changer for everyone, but especially our acne-prone girlies 🫶

Not sure how much SPF to use? 🧴 Use the two-finger rule—a line of sunscreen down your pointer and middle finger is the perfect amount for your face and neck.

Using too little SPF can seriously reduce protection, so don’t skimp! Reapply every 2 hours and after sweating or swimming to keep your skin fully shielded.

Mineral vs. Chemical?
