No beach class tomorrow morning.
Today is gonna be rainy & chilly, cooling down to the low 40s tonight. Tomorrow’s high is in the upper 50s. It will not be warm enough, or dry enough, to have beach class tomorrow morning.

Today the sun didn’t come up simply because the Earth is spinning, it rose to show you how to shine!
Today doesn’t have just another 24 hours to it, these are thousands of possibilities waiting to happen, if you let them.

Hello my studio yogis!
I invite you all to join me on the sand tomorrow morning (Saturday, Dec 31st) for a New Year's Eve intention setting mini-flow.
No sign up or mat needed, simply show up! I have blankets you can borrow or bring one. Bring your coffee, wear your PJs, kids & puppies also welcome!

We will meet at 830am at the Apollo Beach Nature Preserve. Its even ok if you're a little late. These classes are FREE!

We are down to our final classes in our current location on Flamingo Drive. If you are new to the studio, please text us at 813-245-9044 to check availability.
This week's schedule is:
Monday, December 12: 1030am Blissful Blend with Kay & 4pm Yin & Meditation with Robin
Tuesday, December 13th: 1030am Gentle & Chair Yoga with Genessis
Wednesday, December 14th: 10:30am Mindful Movement with Genessis & 630pm Candlelight Flow with Genessis (wait list only)
Thursday, December 15th: studio is closed for cleaning and party prep. You are welcome to arrange for pick up of your yoga props.
Friday, December 15th: Studio Closing House PARTY! 10am until noon and again 4pm until 7pm. Yoga supplies & lots of other items will be available for purchase.
