Had to thank you for such great service and giving me my house back!
Your experience and knowledge made this possible. There were times before your arrival that I could not imagine calling it home again.

The cleaning of the A/C handler and Duct work has paid dividends- better and quicker responses - not to mention a noticeable healthy indoor environment.

"Great service, were done in half the time they figured based on the number of vents to be cleaned. Covered areas under vents to minimize clean up. Once all the work was done, they even vacuumed.i am very happy with the service, and would recommend them to others."

"We were in need of a company for an unexpected kitchen mold problem. There were several mold remediation companies to choose from in the Orlando area. Since we have never had to deal with this type of situation before, we were unsure who to hire. Fortunately, we made a call to Protective Solutions Inc, and spoke with Phillip their knowledgeable representative.
His helpfulness and expertise was just what we needed to hear at the time. His remediation crew arrived promptly, and performed the task in a very efficient and professional manner. "My experience with Protective Solutions was excellent! I like the fact that they are a family-owned business that has been around for over 20 years. I have worked with other Mold Remediation companies in the past that were part of large corporations or franchises, and there is a HUGE difference when working with a family-owned business. Absolutely NO COMPARISON. Bonnie, who runs the office, was very helpful & knowledgeable. It’s a nice experience when you deal with nice people!

I work with several out of state owners that always ask my advice when they need to hire sub-contractors to take care of any property issues. This company was very quick to respond to our needs and they got the job done. Their price was very reasonable, unlike the corporate-owned companies that tried to tell me that every inch of the house had to be treated for mold when there were only a few areas that were affected by mold (which more than tripled their estimated charges).

Protective Solutions is honest and will not “rip you off” like a lot of the others do. They do what needs to be done & they not only do it quickly, but they do it well. Also, the areas that they worked on were left spotless because they clean up any mess that was made while removing drywall, etc. & hauled all the debris away. They also did an excellent job cleaning all the duct work, air vents, & return vents.

It’s nice not having to clean up after sub-contractors!"
