We’re thrilled to welcome David O’Brien as the new Executive Director of Grand35 Apartments in Burnsville!

With over a decade of leadership experience in senior living, David brings deep expertise in strategic growth, process enhancement, and fostering communities where older adults can truly Age Magnificently.

Originally from Cork, Ireland, David earned his Bachelor of Science in International Business from Monmouth College. His career has taken him across the globe, serving in key leadership roles focused on helping older adults find living environments that celebrate life, connection, and purpose.

Outside of work, David is a true family man — spending time with his children and grandchildren, traveling, and discovering unique dining spots wherever he goes.

Join us in giving David a warm Grand35 welcome — and don’t miss your chance to meet him in person at our Wine & Cheese Meet & Greet on October 29th from 4–6 PM!

We made the sweetest stop to Minnesota's Largest Candy Store! 🍭🍬 We had so much fun going up and down the rows seeing every treat you can imagine! We definitely felt like kids again 🥰
