The nutrients in one regeneratively grown carrot - you would have to eat 100 conventionaly grown, or even organically grown carrot to equal the same nutrition. Because of the lack of nutrition in the soil that is not regeneratively farmed, our food is lacking in so many minerals and nutrients, therefore, so are we!
